Brian Brando

Founder and CEO, CPT, USAW-L1, SFG-I

S/S/C, SSC, Bodyweight Burn

Brian is a Certified Personal Trainer of 5 years and owner of B-Fit Lifestyle. Brian loves making fitness simple and believes in a well-rounded exercise lifestyle. Brian is encouraging and adaptive as he works with people new to fitness and the fittest. While coaching, Brian’s favorite piece of equipment to use is the kettlebell because the KB will strengthen, stabilize, and mobilize the entire body. Brian’s been an athlete for most of his life, playing numerous sports throughout his youth and adult life. In Brian’s freetime he practices Jiu Jitsu as a blue belt.

Erin Kehs

Erin is a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in deep tissue and sports massage and prepares endurance athletes, strength competitors, and fitness enthusiasts to compete and perform with comfort and to the best of their ability. Erin’s favorite muscle to release is the pec because it is very responsive and people can often feel the release of tension. In Erin’s freetime you can find her in the woods relaxing in a hammock, more than likely reading about muscles.

DR. Jon Wallender

Jon is a Doctor of Physical Therapy graduated from University of Maryland, Baltimore. Jon is a huge proponent of educating his clients on the “why” and “how” behind each movement. If you’re looking to gain strength, knowledge, and feel your best look no further. Jon has been an athlete for most of his life, wrestling in high school, swimming in college, and weight training for as long as he can remember. Jon is a father of two and in his freetime you can catch him playing with the kids or cooking a nice meal.

Toan Tran

SSC Coach, NASM-CPT, CES, RKC

Toan is a certified personal trainer that specializes in corrective exercise and Russian kettlebells. Toan’s favorite exercise is the Turkish getup because he believes the ability to perform this movement well is the ultimate sign of strength and stability. Toan listens to understand a client’s physical limitations, occupational demands, and lifestyle behaviors before designing a training program that will promote long-term health and comfort. In Toan’s freetime you can catch him watching a crime documentary or traveling to try new foods.

Eric Abele 

RYT-200, 100-HR Yin Yoga, Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Fundamentals, Power Yoga, Meditation

Eric is a yoga instructor with certifications in power yoga, yin yoga, and yoga sculpt. Eric started practicing yoga in his early 30’s and is inspired by the visible challenge and mental benefits. While coaching, Eric focuses on acceptance of who you are and what your body is capable of, encouraging self-love and understanding as you practice. Eric’s favorite yoga pose is bound balancing half moon because, when broken down step-by-step, this seemingly impossible pose becomes possible. In Eric’s free time you can find him assembling Harry Potter themed Legos or tasting bourbons.

Emma Galdi  

ERYT-200, PRYT-85, Yoga Sculpt

Power Yoga, Yoga Sculpt

Emma is a yoga instructor of 1000+ hours with certifications in prenatal yoga, power yoga and yoga sculpt. Emma discovered yoga in middle school and became a full time instructor shortly after moving to Baltimore in 2016. Emma is sure to make you feel accepted in your practice and stronger than when you walked in. In Emma’s freetime she likes discovering new music and spending time outdoors. 

Andrew Hann  

RYT-200, Yoga Sculpt

Andrew is a Certified Yoga Instructor that began practicing in 2016. When Andrew started yoga he immediately felt a sense of belonging and happiness. Andrew’s favorite pose is the handstand because to him it represents finding joy and letting go. Andrew is a pianist and classically trained opera singer, and in his freetime he performs in musical theatre.

I’ve been training with Coach Brando for 4 years. I came to him with almost no understanding about how to properly train my body to get the results I wanted. I was doing all cardio and no weight training. Since working with Brian I’ve lost 5% body fat, and because of the muscles I’ve gained I’ve been able to increase my caloric intake by over 400 calories a day. As my physical goals change Brian works with me to craft a program to achieve the results I am looking for. He constantly pushes me out of my comfort zone and I still surprise myself with how strong I have become!

The close personal attention that coaches give us during group classes (is the best part about B-Fit Lifestyle). The strong emphasis on proper form has allowed me to gain strength and increase my lifts in a pretty short amount of time. I’m definitely more energized throughout the day, especially since I do my workouts in the morning. Unwind has been a pretty big change in my routine which has been huge for muscle recovery. It’s something that I had been neglecting for the most part before B-Fit, because I didn’t have any sort of knowledge base about it. But it’s been really helpful so far and an awesome addition to my fitness routine.

He doesn’t pressure you to do more than you can handle, but he helps you discover how strong you actually are.
